Paul Workman

Practice Administrator

Paul joined the practice in 2012 after working in healthcare management for over 20 years. He has a Masters Degree in Public Health from UCLA and experience in multiple healthcare fields. Paul oversees all office activities on both the clinical and office administrative sides of the practice.

Meredith Davenport

Implant Treatment Coordinator

Meredith graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. After joining the practice in 2011, Meredith took the position as Implant Treatment Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for conducting implant patient consultations, communicating with restorative doctors and coordinating all aspects of the implant patient's care and treatment.

Rebecca Roberts

Front Office Coordinator

Rebecca is currently attending WKU to earn her degree in Heath Information Management. She is a member of the American Health Information Management Association, and regularly attends continuing education courses to keep updated on all new policies and regulations. Rebecca joined the practice in 2010, and is responsible for handling and overseeing all front office administrative functions.

Alyssa Will

Insurance Coordinator

If you have any questions about your dental insurance or our services, Alyssa can help! She joined our team in 2018, and she has an expert understanding of coverage and treatment pricing. She’ll always help you understand and maximize your benefits.

Avery Ferrell

Patient Care Specialist

Avery is likely one of the first voices you’ll hear or people you’ll see at our office. She is responsible for greeting patients and making sure your check-in runs smoothly. She’ll schedule your appointment and answer any questions you have before your visit. Avery is a Registered Dental Assistant from Remington College and she joined our team in 2019.

Kristin Murphy

Lead Clinical Assistant

Kristin graduated from the Tennessee Technology Center in Murfreesboro, TN, with both a Registered Dental Assistant Degree and a Certified Dental Assistant Degree. Kristin joined the practice in 2009, and is an assistant to Dr. Kirk during surgeries and conducts consultations with patients. As Lead Surgical Assistant, she is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all functions of the clinical side of the practice.

Rene McKee

Surgical Assistant

Rene became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2012, but she has worked with us since 2006. She has extensive experience assisting with surgeries and consultations, and she has also completed a dental apprenticeship program along with Interfaith dental courses for radiology and nitrous oxide.

Kelsey Jenkins

Surgical Assistant

Kelsey joined us at Tennessee Implant & Oral Surgery in 2015. She is a Registered Dental Assistant from Remington College, and she keeps patients comfortable and calm with her excellent chair-side manner and expertise.

Destiny Dedmon

Surgical Assistant

After graduating from Tennessee Technology Center in Murfreesboro, TN, Destiny joined the practice in August 2013. She holds a license as both a Certified and a Registered Dental Assistant. Her main roles include assisting Dr. Kirk in surgeries and conducting patient consultations.

Leslie Beadle

Surgical Assistant

Leslie joined the practice in 2003 as both a Registered and Certified Dental Assistant. She earned her degrees from Volunteer State Community College in 1994. As a surgical assistant, Leslie assists Dr. Kirk with surgeries and conducts patient consultations.
